Originally from Connecticut, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York.

Soon after, Micheal started his carreer with Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach where he learned from the best in the hospitaly industry.

Chef Michael had the opportunity to work in different venues making him versatil in every aspect of the kitchen. After three year with Four Seasons,  Michael decided to join us and expand his knowledge along with Chef Ryan Vargas and Chef David Siegler.
